Global warming / climate change is arguably the
most important issue of our times.
Over 100 speakers around the UK are available to
give talks on this highly topical subject to any local audiences: schools
(secondary and primary), community groups, societies, faith groups,
businesses, councils, etc., as shown for each speaker.
If you are reading this and belong to any sort of group which invites
speakers, please pass this web address or the contact details for local
speakers on to your Speaker Finder. Schools usually invite speakers under
the PSHE or Citizenship subjects, or for a slot during morning assembly.
All speakers can explain the main climate change issues; some also offer the
option of specialist topics. Audiences are invited to ask questions, make
their own points, and enter into discussion.
Travel expenses are requested and any small fee towards costs is
appreciated.
